OTHERS' EXPERIENCES
This is a place that acknowledges the power of therapy to change a person’s life in small and also mighty ways.
This site is NOT a substitute for qualified treatment; it is a source of encouragement not to give up on your life.

     We can learn from the collective wisdom of others, so I include contributions from visitors to this site—their personal therapy-related stories, reflections, and comments. I welcome you to be among these contributors, if you have something to share that you think might be helpful to others. You might tell about:

  • reasons you entered therapy, and ways your life has been affected by therapy;
  • feelings about therapy before, during, and after;
  • ways in which your sense of your self is changing, and the effect of that on your life.

     In addition to the above contributions, I also invite your questions. Please send contributions or questions via email. I will only post them with your written permission to do so
